Returns
To start a return, please contact us first at shareen7860@hotmail.com before sending anything back. We will assess each request individually.
As we work with suppliers, physical returns are not required in most cases — customers keep the item and we will issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
We cover the following issues:
- Items arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item not delivered
For these cases, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
If a physical return is exceptionally required, we will confirm this via email first. Our return address is:

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Please note: We do not provide product warranties, but we will always work to resolve defects, damage, and fulfilment errors fairly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shareen7860@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at shareen7860@hotmail.com. We will assess your request and advise on the best course of action.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at shareen7860@hotmail.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've assessed your request. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
