Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the item.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
